The building used over 100 different brick types and was recognised as an infill building of high quality both in materials and design. The façade sets back through its height in an asymmetrical manner culminating in a sweeping copper roof extending from back to front. The name ‘Atlantic House’ paid homage to the then owner who flew the ocean on business.
